Teriyaki Chicken with Creamy Mashed potatoes and green beans

Teriyaki Chicken
Marinade chicken in a bowl with teriyaki for 1+hours, and cook under broiler for 10+ minutes, until no longer pink inside. Drizzle sauce that hasnt touched chicken over chicken once cooked.

Creamy Mashed
So these were a little bit toooo creamy. So they were liquid, what? I liked em.

Boil your potatoes until they are soft to the touch with a fork. Drain them, and in a blender or food processor, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and milk and butter until the consistancy is reached.

Green beans with purple onion and a parmasean cheese sliver.

Blanch your beans quickly, be carefull not to overcook them, which is soooo sooo easy to do. I like em crunchy. Cut your purple onion and seprate the slivers, mix onions and beans and top with a bit of parmesean cheese on top!


It was a good meal, NOT my best...
