Lemon Chicken Potato wedges and cole slaw style salad

I cant quite remember what I did to the chicken, so we'll get to that recipe later. The potato wedges were great tho- In a big ziploc bag, throw in your potato wedges, lots and lots of cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper, and some olive oil until all the potatoes are well coated. Lay them out on a sheet pan evenly, and cook in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes, or until tender and delicious.

The salad here was a regular salad I julienned instead of chopping, and tossed with some lime juice and olive oil.
