Spinach Cheese Sauce

Yum!

All you do here is use your normal recipe for cheese sauce, and fold in garlic and spinach!

Easy Cheese Sauce-

2 Tbs butter

2 Tbs flour

1 C milk

1/2 C shredded cheese

a pinch of salt pepper and nutmeg

Roast 3 or 4 finely diced garlic cloves in the butter before you add the flour. It'll seem chunkier, but its only garlic. Once your cheese is nicely melted in your milk sauce, slowly add your Spinach. I Stupidly used a bag of fresh spinach, but its much easier and cheaper to buy a 10 oz block of frozen spinach. Defrost and drain your spinach well before adding it to the sauce.

I served mine over pasta with Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage and some parm cheese over top.
