I always start with a jar of tomato sauce and add to it. For this one, I sauteed red and yellow bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, onion and garlic in a big pot. Once the veggies were ready, pour in your jar of sauce and stir to combine. Pour in a couple Tablespoons of chicken Stock and balsamic vinegar, and throw in your fresh hebs like basil and oregano.
While your sauce is simmering, cook you pasta and you keilbasa. Shred some mozzarella cheese, and when everything is cooked, combine all and put in an oven safe pan. Cook in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes, long enoough to get the top noodles nice and crispy. Serve with more cheese, I added a dollop of basil pesto.
