Quick Cheese Sauce

So I clearly did not make the actual Sausies, but I did enjoy eating them.
They are Fontina Cheese, spinach and roasted garlic chicken sausages. Good right?
I think I threw the sausages under the broiler while I cooked the pasta and made the cheese sauce.

Heres a really quick and easy cheese sauce. Good every time.
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs flour
1 C milk
1/2 C shredded cheese
pinch of salt, black pepper, nutmeg

melt butter in pan over medium low heat. dissolve flour into butter slowly using wisk. Keep stirring for another 2 minutes, then slowly slowly add milk a bit at a time. Once your milk is all in, pump heat up until you get a slow rolling boil. Add cheese slowly, stirring much, and add salt pepper and nutmeg. makes about 1 1/4 c sauce.

Toss pasta with sauce, top with sausages and some roasted garlic.
This next dish was made with the same cheese sauce, and I added some sauteed spinach, onion and garlic, and a few pieces of prosciutto.
