Chicken Noodle Stoup

Its between stew and soup---Stoup. Now that thats established.....Oh my god is this amazing. I havent made it since winter and ooooh I cant wait!
Alright. So in a biiig pot, you cook your chicken pieces in some oil until the ouside is done. Add your chicken stock and put it on medium heat. You can either prep all your veggies first or cut as you go, this needs to simmer for hours, so youve got time!! Throw in you carrots, potatoes, uncooked pasta, lots of dried oregano, basil and thyme, cracked black pepper, salt and peas and corn. Simmer on medium heat until you cant stand the smell any longer and you simply must have some!!!

At that point, cut up some montery jack cheese, scallions, and a jalapeno slice or two, and top off your Stoup with them and a lil more black pepper.

Of Course, you'll want some bread with your Stoup. Grab a box of jiffy cornbread, and combine with some sweet corn and diced jalapeno.

Throw Some cheese on top, maybe!!
