Spaghetti w Keilbasa and peppers and onion

Dice up keilbasa and about half of a large pepper in each color- green orange yellow and red, and one small white onion. As always folks, use more or less of any type. Mince 3 or 4 cloves of garlic.

Sautee your garlic and keilbasa in some oil, then add your veggies and cook until everythings done.

Cook your pasta, whatever kind you prefer. Since this dish doesnt have much of a sauce it doesnt really matter.


Once everything is cooked, combine it all together with some salt, black pepper, and one egg yolk. Stir Vigorously to combine egg with everything else....and there you have it!
