1 egg
1/8 c parmesean cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 c flour
1 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients but the flour. On a clean counter, dust with some flour. Begin to knead your pasta dough on the counter, adding flour bit by bit until youve got a good ball of dough that doesnt stick.
Get your water boiling and form small balls of gnocchi from your pasta ball. Throw your pasta in the water, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until all the pasta floats. Drain! I used some of my home made Ricotta gnocchi and some store bought Potato gnocchi...you can tell the difference in the picture below.

I toasted all the pasta in a pan to get a little color and some more texture, see below.
The Sauce was absolutly amazing. Its just a whole bunch of butter and a whole bunch of fresh thyme.
