I used fake bacon, and I do apologize.
Trim and wash your beans, slice your white and purple onion, and pre-cook your bacon.
Sautee your onions over medium heat with some olive oil, once cooked add your beans. Quickly prepare your sauce and add immedietly.
Sauce-
1/8 C white vinegar
1/4 C chicken stock
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbs Cayenne pepper
Cook your onions and beans until the beans are done, only maybe 2 minutes or less! Add your bacon, toss, and enjoy.

Cornbread Cake
This was so light and fluffy it ate like cake!!
Prepare your box of Jiffy cornbread as directed, and add one jalapeno, diced, 1/2 c sweetcorn, and 3/4 c shredded pepper jack cheese. Top with some more cheese!

Fried Chicken Breasts
This is another thing I just pulled together quickly, so lets see if I can recreate it...
Trim and wash your chicken breasts. In one bowl, crack an egg and season with salt, black pepper, and some cayanne pepper. In another bowl, pour your breadcrumbs and season with 1/2 tsp cayanne, 1/2 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp Prairie Dust. Prairie Dust is something my mom made me, and I still havent been able to get the recipe out of her....sorry...
