Guacamole and Pineapple Salsa

Before I can go any further, lets get these recipes out there.

I have to say, I make the best guacamole I've ever had. If you disagree, doooo let me know. And I will call you crazy.

Guacamole

2 large Haas Avocados

1 small jalapeno pepper, diced

1/4 c purple onion, diced

1/4 c red bell pepper.

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Combine all until desired consistancy, add

more salt and pepper to taste.

Pineapple Salsa

1 large can of pineapple chunks, mostly drained

1 large jalapeno, diced

1/8 c Fresh Cilantro

Juice of 2 limes

I also like to jazz up normal salsa with some lime juice sometimes...
